About the role

We seek an experienced Support Officer to join the dynamic and resourceful dedicated Haringey Community Benefit Society (HCBS) Property management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, good attention to detail, good at multi-tasking, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. They will demonstrate impeccable written and verbal communication skills, consistently upholding a standard of professionalism in all interactions and data management duties.

Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite, and an affinity to learn new systems, will be essential in efficiently managing tasks and facilitating seamless communication within the team. In addition, the candidate should possess exceptional organisational skills, adeptly handling multiple tasks and prioritising them for optimal efficiency. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

About you

As a Support Officer, you will provide robust administrative support to the HCBS Team. The holder will contribute to the effective running of the team and ensure that services are delivered to a high standard and within agreed timescale.

Working as an integral part of the team, you will have the chance to work closely with professionals from diverse departments, gaining invaluable exposure to the inner workings of a dynamic and impactful organisation. Your efforts will directly contribute to the seamless functioning of our operations, ultimately enabling us to better serve the HCBS Residents, Board, and other stakeholders. This role provides a platform for personal growth and development, as you’ll have the opportunity to refine your administrative skills and expand your professional horizons in a supportive and collaborative environment
