Lubrication Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Lubricant Selection: Identify and select appropriate lubricants for various engine types and operating conditions.

System Design: Design and optimize lubrication systems to ensure efficient and effective delivery of lubricants.

Testing and Analysis: Conduct lubricant testing and analysis to monitor performance and identify potential issues.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Develop maintenance schedules and troubleshoot lubrication-related problems.

Compliance: Ensure all lubrication practices comply with industry standards and environmental regulations.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of lubrication systems, procedures, and performance metrics.

Training: Provide training and support to maintenance staff on proper lubrication techniques and practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in lubrication engineering or a related field.

Strong knowledge of lubrication principles, lubricant types, and their applications.

Experience with lubrication system design and maintenance.

Proficiency in using lubrication analysis tools and software.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
