Security Support Engineer (CCTV, Access Control & Intruder Alarm)
Location: London and surrounding areas We are currently seeking experienced Security Engineers specialising in Access Control, CCTV, Door Entry, and Intruder Alarm systems to join our ever-growing team.

Package
* Salary Band: Tier 3 Per annum dependant on experience
* 31 days Holidays per annum including Bank Holidays

Role/Responsibilities:
* Undertake service & maintenance, fault-finding, minor installations, and remedial works across various forms of access control, CCTV, intruder alarm, door entry and intercom systems in accordance with the relevant Standards and regulations
* To provide reliable and accurate technical information, documentation, support, and advice to clients and colleagues
* To strive towards Excellence through self-learning, training, experience, and knowledge
* To always present a professional appearance and manner
* To attend any training courses and meetings as required.
* Awareness of Health & Safety and working in a safe manor
* Reporting line: Engineering Manager
Knowledge/Requirement
* A minimum of 3 years’ experience working with security systems ranging across, but not limited to: C Cure, Paxton, ACT, Texecom, Honeywell, Fermax, BPT, Comelit, Hikvision, Dhaua
* A good technical knowledge and methodical approach to fault finding.
* Knowledge of enterprise class systems/large-scale networked systems ranging across, but not limited to: C-Cure, Gallagher, Milestone, and Genetec – Preferred
* To attend call-outs in line with the call-out rota (working towards a 1 in 6 rota)
* Knowledge of Fire Alarms is advantageous, but not a requirement
* Accurate attention to detail
The Candidate
* Previous industry experience is essential.
* Full UK Driving Licence – maximum 3 points
* Good timekeeping
* Good communication skills
* The ability to work independently from their own initiative, and as part of a team

* Main location of works within the M25 and Home Counties, the majority of which is in London.
