Working Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
* Friday: 8:30 00 AM – 3:30 PM
* 30-minute lunch break each day

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our team in Droitwich. This role involves handling inbound material deliveries, managing internal movements, picking orders, and preparing items for despatch. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inbound Material Deliveries: Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials, ensuring accuracy and quality.
* Internal Movements: Efficiently move materials within the warehouse to designated locations, maintaining organisation and safety standards.
* Order Picking: Accurately pick items according to order specifications, ensuring timely and correct fulfilment.
* Despatching: Prepare and package orders for shipment, coordinating with logistics to ensure smooth despatch processes.
* Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock checks.
* Health & Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
Requirements:
* Valid Counterbalance forklift truck licence.
* Valid public road driving licence.
* Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good physical condition, capable of lifting and moving heavy items.
* Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
