At Roxburgh, we deliver high-end residential refurbishment projects across London, combining exceptional standards of workmanship with a close-knit, supportive team culture. We are now seeking a Mid to Senior Quantity Surveyor to join us and grow with the business.
At Roxburgh you will not be a number on a spreadsheet. You will work directly alongside our Site Managers, Architects and Specialist Subcontractors to deliver bespoke architectural projects of genuine quality — work you can take real pride in.
Experience and skills required
* A strong background in high-specification residential refurbishment or bespoke new build.
* Confident end-to-end commercial management, including procurement, cost control and reporting.
* A collaborative approach, with a proven ability to build effective working relationships with site teams, trades and clients.
* A sharp eye for detail when reviewing architectural drawings and identifying commercial risk.
* Sound working knowledge of JCT contract administration in practice.
* Experience of prime central London residential projects is advantageous, though not essential for candidates with the right high-end background.
What we offer
* A competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
* A welcoming, collaborative culture within an established team.
* Genuine autonomy, clear career progression and a strong pipeline of forthcoming projects.
To apply, please send your CV and a short covering note
