Job Description
Location: Guildford and Woking, with some community sessions delivered across Surrey.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri 9am to 5.30pm with occasional weekends and evenings for specific events.
Annual Leave: 33 days, inclusive of bank holidays, to be taken flexible throughout the year.
Training: Fully paid training is given and further development opportunities are available.

Start date: We are hiring for the new academic year in September, with an estimated start date of the beginning of August.
You will be responsible for:
*
Creating person centred, goal orientated educational sessions for groups of SEND learners.
*
Supporting the delivery of sessions to groups of between 6-12 young adults
*
Providing a high level of service and support to our participants, colleagues and stakeholders
*
Safeguarding – compliant with regulations and legislation.
Requirements
*
An understanding of learning disabilities
*
Excellent communication skills
*
Confident in supporting and delivering outstanding person-centred sessions to groups
*
Due to the physical nature of the programme and community working, a good level of fitness and stamina is required.
*
Experience of activity delivery with children and / or people with support needs through youth work, event organisation or education.
*
Aged 18 and above.
*
Right to work in the UK.
*
Willing to provide suitable reference and undertake a DBS Check.
