Shape the Future of Healthcare

Healthcare is changing.

The demands on healthcare estates have never been greater. Organisations are rethinking how services are delivered, how estates support clinical transformation, and how investment can create better outcomes for patients, staff, and communities.

We're looking for an experienced Strategic Healthcare Architect to help lead that change.

This is not a traditional architectural role.

It's an opportunity to work at the forefront of healthcare transformation, partnering with NHS Trusts, healthcare providers, investors, and executive teams to develop the strategies, estate plans, and masterplans that will shape healthcare environments for decades to come.

If you're passionate about healthcare, thrive in stakeholder-led environments, and enjoy translating complex clinical and operational challenges into clear strategic direction, we'd like to hear from you.

The Opportunity

As a senior strategic advisor, you'll work directly with healthcare leaders, clinicians, estates teams, and executive stakeholders to define future service models, estate requirements, and investment priorities.

You'll lead conversations that influence major healthcare programmes, helping organisations answer critical questions such as:

What should our estate look like in 3, 5, or 10 years?
How can our facilities better support changing clinical services?
Where should future investment be focused?
How can healthcare environments improve operational performance and patient outcomes? From estate strategy and service transformation to master planning and stakeholder engagement, you'll be instrumental in turning ambition into deliverable programmes.
